2. Image Usage & Copyright

All photographs, digital images, and content displayed on kaseycama-zphotography.pixieset.com are the exclusive property of Kasey Cam A-Z Photography.

  • Personal Use Only: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and share images. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Alteration: Images may not be re-edited, filtered, cropped, or have watermarks removed in any way.
  • Business Credit: When sharing images on social media, you agree to tag @kaseycamazphoto or credit Kasey Cam A-Z Photography as the photographer.

3. Gallery Access & Privacy

You will receive a unique link and password to access your private Pixieset gallery. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. While Kasey Cam A-Z Photography takes reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized third-party access.

4. Orders and Sales

All purchases made through the Pixieset Store (including digital downloads, prints, and canvases) are final. Due to the custom nature of photography products, refunds or exchanges are not permitted once an order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kasey Cam A-Z Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of digital files once delivered. Clients are highly encouraged to back up their digital files upon receipt.
